Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, large
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 2 cups or 160 g Oats
- 2 apples, peeled and cut into small bites
- 2 ripe pears, peeled and cut into small bites
- 5 dates or 4 figs, cut into small bites
- Cinnamon to garnish top
Preheat oven 180 °C, lightly grease a square pan with olive oil or butter.
Mash the bananas as well as you can, with as little lumps as possible. Stir in the vanilla (optional). Add the oats to the mixture, then the remaining cut up fruit.
Spread the mixture evenly throughout the pan, sprinkle with desired quantity of cinnamon. Cook in oven until firm for approximately 30 minutes. Remove it and cut 10 bars.
